Spend the Weekend at an Exotic Wildlife Park

Camping doesn´t get much better than at this expansive park of nearly 1000 acres in the Northern part of the Texas Hill Country that contains over 600 exotic animals including zebras, gazelles, and buffaloes. It has an enormous western town settled on the property that is a spectacular event venue, and each vacation home rental has fantastic views of the surrounding Bosque County Hill Country.

Conveniently, there is a grocery store with a deli, bakery and a pharmacy five minutes away.  The local hospital is also nearby. There are several restaurants which can be reached within ten minutes that suit a variety of tastes. The town of Clifton is about a five minute drive away and has a museum as well as the renowned Bosque Art Center. A winery and several golf courses are nearby to add to your entertainment options.

Guests can reach Lake Waco and Lake Whitney (voted the Most Beautiful Lake in Texas) within 30 minutes, and the DFW area is about an hour and a half away from this Texas exotic wildlife park.

A two night stay is required for all cabins.

We use 100% of our cabin rental fees for the feeding and care of the animals.

The Log Cabin

This luxury log cabin home is spacious and inviting, offering comfort and warmth to all who stay here in Texas. It is decorated with tasteful local furnishings and features a wood-burning fireplace, so the atmosphere of this glamping cabin is cozy and relaxing. There is air conditioning and heating to ensure the comfort of guests during all seasons. The spacious living room offers fantastic views of the Meridian Creek and surrounding rock cliffs. It also has a TV with Direct TV, a DVD player, and a stereo.

There are three bedrooms in this luxury log cabin with a total of one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, and one bunk bed with a double-size mattress on the bottom and a single-size mattress on the top. Each bed is fitted with Egyptian cotton linen sheets and has pillow-top mattresses and down comforters to ensure that guests will have a restful night´s sleep. Each room has Direct TV for entertainment.

There are three luxurious bathrooms in this Texas camping cabin, two of which include a combination bathtub and shower. The bathtubs are jetted and the showers have multiple spraying options. Towels, toiletries, and hair dryers are provided. Cooking is made easy in this luxury ranch home due to its spacious, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen. It has cooking utensils, pantry items, a double-door refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, and more. There is a breakfast bar with seating for three as well as a dining table that seats six. Guests also have the option to eat at the outdoor table .

Additionally amenities that are provided to ensure a complete luxury camping experience are a washer, a dryer, Wi-Fi, and a large parking area. The upstairs bedrooms have private balconies, and there is also a deck with furniture that overlooks the creek below. A gas grill is provided as well as an outdoor fire pit to help guests enjoy their time outdoors.

The House of Seven Gables

This beautifully restored Victorian farmhouse is perfect for a luxury getaway with the whole family. Up to 11 guests can be accommodated and there is a wide range of bedroom options to suit groups of all sizes. There are five bedrooms in total and the cottage is two-story, meaning guests can enjoy plenty of space and privacy.

There are two full bathrooms, with one offering an incredible two-person shower. The kitchen is equipped with everything guests will need to prepare delicious meals for the whole group and it is furnished with beautiful granite counter tops and all new appliances. Everyone can enjoy dining together at the six-person dining table before relaxing together in the huge living room that is beautifully decorated with a rustic theme.
